EDUCATION

Dwight graduated from Austin Peay State University in 1967, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics. In 1970, he received a Masters degree in Mathematics from Austin Peay State University. He has continued his professional development by attending more than 40 hours of continuing education courses each year since 1979 focusing primarily on utility consulting, business valuations, litigation support and management advisory services.

YEARS AND TYPE OF EXPERIENCE

Dwight has over 20 years experience in public accounting and is presently our firm's Director of Management Advisory Services and Utility Services. He has extensive experience in utility consulting and litigation support services.

He has presented testimony as an expert witness on utility matters before the Chancery Court of Davidson County, the Chancery Court of Dickson County, the Illinois Commerce Commission, the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission, the Kentucky Public Service Commission, the Tennessee Regulatory Authority, and the Virginia State Corporation Commission.

Dwight has presented seminars on a variety of topics to utility management groups of the American Public Gas Association, the Kentucky Gas Association, the Knoxville Utilities Board, the Tennessee Association of Utility Districts, and the Tennessee Gas Association.
